My Approach

I work from a person-centred approach as I strongly I believe in the individual's inherent ability to resolve their own problems when they are provided with a supportive, safe space to explore their needs, concerns and goals.  I have trained in several psychotherapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT).  We can discuss the type of therapy that may work best for you and your unique situation, or use an integrative psychotherapeutic approach tailored to your needs.
